Busting the Biggest Time Stewardship Myths

I used to believe that if I just found the perfect planner, everything would finally fall into place. However, this is one of the biggest time management myths that many of us fall for.

You know the one—the beautifully structured pages, color-coded sections, maybe even a few motivational quotes sprinkled in for good measure. I was convinced that if I could just get more organized, I’d finally feel on top of things. Indeed, this is part of the biggest time management myths.

But after years of chasing the right productivity tools, tweaking my routine, and trying to force myself into new habits, I realized something.

The problem wasn’t me.

The problem was the time stewardship myths I had been believing. And friend, I have a feeling you’ve been there too.

In this episode, we’re tackling three of the biggest myths about time stewardship that might be keeping you stuck.

If you’ve ever told yourself:
🔹 “I just need to wake up earlier, and I’ll finally have enough time.”
🔹 “If I was more disciplined, I’d be able to get everything done.”
🔹 “Once I find the perfect routine, life will feel balanced.” You might not realize, but these are part of the biggest time management myths.

Then this episode is for you.

Because here’s the truth: Productivity isn’t just about working harder—it’s about working smarter.

We’ll talk about why these myths don’t work, what actually helps when you feel stretched too thin, and how to create rhythms that truly fit your life. We’ll debunk the biggest time management myths.

Hey there, I'm Ashleigh

I know what it’s like to carry a God-given vision while trying to figure out how to make the business behind it actually work.

As your business grows, so does everything happening behind the scenes. More clients. More responsibilities. More moving pieces. More things to remember.

Eventually, the way you’ve been running your business starts making everything harder than it needs to be.

Not because you aren’t capable—but because the systems and processes that got you here may not be enough for where you’re going next.

I believe part of faithfully stewarding what God has entrusted to us is being intentional about how we build—creating systems that support the business, the people we serve, and the life we’re called to live.

That’s where I come in.

I help you untangle messy processes, simplify what’s become too complicated, and build systems that make your business easier to run.

Because the goal isn’t just a business that grows.

It’s a business that works.

Wife, boy mom, Christian business owner, and convinced that the right systems can make business a whole lot easier to run.
